The Hioki 3197 is the most powerful, low-cost, portable Power Quality Analyzer (PQA) available today. Featuring our bright, color lcd and our intuitive "Quickset 1-2-3 setup" all you have to do is Select your wiring (with our automatic graphic vector wiring map), Clamp on your sensor and Measure all the necessary power parameters. It is that easy.
